Clarium needed a lead product designer to deliver the design value of its business whilst scaling it from Pre-Seed to Series A, support numerous amount of business development initiatives, ship products from zero to one, craft and establish a brand new design system, improve the overall experience design by also utilising large behavioural data whilst also establishing a design culture.
SOLUTION
I accelerated Clarium's business growth by implementing high-impact design interventions based on primary research and behavioural data. I also executed designs from their roadmap and supported numerous business development efforts by creating pitch decks and high-fidelity prototypes. These contributions helped Clarium secure contracts averaging $500K/year and scale to Series A. Additionally, I established a design system, promoted a design culture, and facilitated collaboration through internal articles and regular developer meetings.

Pupil wanted to reduce the asset production for real estate properties to help estate agents and their buyers/sellers get an ad-hoc brochure of their potential property. Furthermore, design the whole system to enable collaboration across four operational teams. IΒ led and oversaw one Senior product Designer and a Senior Visual Designer, primary research and usability testings and engineers handoff.
SOLUTION
End-to-end order fulfillment platform. Trace provides a way for internal operations to quickly and consistently work and collaborate on orders prioritised by the platform, without the need to speak with their team leads β€” ultimately saving ~Β£31,752 per month and reducing the overall time on task and order fulfillment.

A web consumer application offered by Spec. It offers 3D models, still photographs and 360Β° interactive panoramic views of property interiors and exteriors.

Spec needed to standardise their semi-immersive virtual reality experience for 3D property models to help home buyers and renters make important decisions.
SOLUTION
I’ve collaborated with an engineer to build a high-fidelity prototype and led three phases of discovery and testing research for the semi-immersive experience. I iterated the experience throughout and proposed changes at the end of each phase. The experience is now a 6-month vision for Pupil.
