Delivered end-to-end branding from concept to delivery via collaborative workshops with Twenty's executive team. I delivered both branding with its collaterals and a refined experience design for their core product [first block on the left].
At Clarium, I refined their pre-seed MVP into a market-ready platform that helped the company advance toward Series A. As the sole product designer, I delivered end-to-end branding and product design—over 180 features across five core products—achieving a 50% reduction in hospital disruption time, 368% higher user adoption, and $1.5M in productivity savings (21× ROI). My work also accelerated business development, driving $500K contracts and establishing Clarium’s complete brand identity and design system across all platforms.
At Palantir, I led high-end product design for four of the company’s 27 core products as the sole design engineer, impacting over 1,000 enterprise customers. I owned the end-to-end Ontology experience used across both Foundry and Gotham, collaborating with eight teams to reduce core task time by ~20%. I maintained and advanced Palantir’s Design System, contributing to military-grade interfaces for the US Army Research Laboratory, and played a key role in recruiting and mentoring designers across high-impact government and commercial projects
I led and transformed seven major product releases, reducing operational costs by £380K per year and standardising design practices company-wide. I represented design at the executive level, introduced user-centred design methods, and led two design sprints. I built and managed a team of three product designers across the UK and UAE, driving their growth through 1:1 reviews, mentorship, and learning initiatives with industry leaders, while partnering with HR to define roles, hire talent, and shape career progression.
I delivered the entire concept for digital experience for residential properties for Spec, including a desktop and mobile experience to browse properties to buy and rent. Properties have a 3D model customers can experience. I individually did market research to understand market pain-points, performed qualitative and quantitative research to get a closer look at property buyers. I then designed and prototyped an experience which I tested ultimately with users before shipping it to the wider public.
I shipped the entire Stak product through a design sprint with Stak executives and other 2 product designers. The sprint spanned across 3 days, where we all produced market research, defined pain points, sketched solutions and picked the one that solved the problem the best. At the end of the design sprint I tested the solution with two commercial customers before designing the final experience design and shipping it to the wider public.
